When do orders need to be placed by?
Any time between Wednesday - Tuesday
How many people does each meal feed?
Meals are considered individual meals
How big are the meals?
Typically 4 ounces of protein, with option to add more, a cup of veggies, a cup of carbs
How do I heat the meals?
Reheat in microwave or air fryer- containers are not oven safe!
Does the menu change?
Every Wednesday!
Can I customize my meals to meet my dietary restrictions?
Not at this time
When are meals available for pickup (and/or delivery if there is no pickup)?
Sundays are pick up day. A member of EWP will greet you at one of our 3 locations on Sunday afternoons between 4-5 pm. Please make arrangements to grab your goodies! Locations include:
- Kitchen homesite in Gray - 105 Forest Street – 330pm-4pm
- Crossfit Encompass in Macon, front lobby - 380 Plantation Way, Macon, GA – 4pm-430pm
- Crossfit Carnivore in Warner Robins, inside gym - 200 Chilton Place, Bonaire, GA – 430pm-5pm
- Cannon Roofing – 126 N Jackson St, Forsyth, GA – 4pm ( leave this off for now)
What areas do you deliver to?
Macon, Gray, Warner Robins, Forsyth, Perry, Boilingbroke
How long is the shelf life of the meals?
Most meals can be frozen. However, meals are made fresh and are best consumed within 5 days
I am a retailer/gym owner, can Eat Well Prepped provide me meals to sell at my business?
Absolutely - let’s chat!
How much is delivery?
No delivery fee at this time- we delivery to corporate entities with a minimum delivery number preferred
Where can I find nutrition info on meals?
Everything is logged in MyfitnessPal
How do subscriptions work?
You will be billed weekly for your meals. At any point during the week leading up to your cutoff day you may log in to our site and adjust your meals for the following week. If you are happy with your meal choices, you don’t have to do anything!
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription after at least 2 weeks.
Are all the meals fully cooked?
Yes, all meals are fully cooked and just require heating.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, as long as you have not yet been charged for the current weeks order you can pause your subscription.
